The Wellness Revolution 2025 brought together Black women across Ontario – virtually and in person – for a powerful two-part experience centered on healing, connection, and community building. Presented by the Congress of Black Women of Ontario, this year’s theme focused on cultivating healthy relationships and supportive communities through science-based insights, heartfelt storytelling, and actionable practices.
Across both sessions, Black women experts led participants through conversations about emotional wellness, self-care, relationship foundations, and strengthening community networks. Attendees left feeling grounded, resourced, and reminded of what is possible when Black women gather with intention.
Our virtual session welcomed attendees into an afternoon of learning, reflection, and practical guidance for nurturing healthier relationships – with ourselves, with others, and with our communities.
